Terms and Conditions
Deposits
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order form via email. Confirmation of your order requires a 50% deposit which secures your date. This can be paid by cash (in person) or direct deposit. Sorry, we do not offer credit facilities at this time.
Final Payment
Final payment on all orders is due 14 days prior to your function. Funds must be cleared prior to your order being delivered/collected.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale enquiries are welcome. Please contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you ASAP.
Delivery Fees
$20 delivery to Brisbane CBD and surrounds (within 10km radius)
$50 delivery to Sunshine and Gold Coasts
Hire Items
Tiered cupcake stands are available for hire for $25 per stand (+ $75 bond which is refunded on the safe return of the stand). We also have many other items available for hire including plates, platters, linen, drink dispensers etc. Should you require assistance in setting up for your occasion, we are available for a small fee. Please contact us for a pricelist.
